Finlandia Trophy Helsinki is greater than ever!
The brightest stars of the figure skating world will take over the Helsinki Ice Hall from November 15th to 17th, as Finland hosts its fourth-ever Grand Prix series event.
The Figure Skating Grand Prix is a series of six top-level international competitions. These events are held in the largest figure skating countries around the world. Athletes compete for spots in the Grand Prix Final, which takes place in December. The series invites the best skaters from the World Championships of the previous spring.
At the Finlandia Trophy, we will see the reigning world champions in pairs skating and the World Championship silver medalists in Women’s, Men’s, and Ice Dance categories. Fan-favorite Loena Hendrickx and many other stars will also be participating. For the home crowd, the excitement will be heightened by Juulia Turkkila and Matthias Versluis’s battle for a Grand Prix medal.
